TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Clean all threaded belt connections with micro-encapsulated outer and internal threads.
Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength.
The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.

- Insert the seat belt (1) from the yellow marked belt loop (2).
- Carefully insert the seat belt end fitting (1) through the CFRP bucket seat (2).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Component is encoded against incorrect
assembly - Position the seat belt end fitting (1) correctly on the seat mechanism (2).
Make sure that the seat belt is not twisted.
- Check that the seat belt end fitting is positioned correctly.
- Illustrations (1) and (2) are not OK.

- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Replace screw.Tightening torque 42 Nm
