Install steering column shroud lower section
- Remove the rubber plugs (1) from the steering column shroud lower section.
- Position steering column shroud lower section (1).
- Clip the gap cover on the steering column shroud lower section (1) into the brackets (2).
- Feed the wiring harness on the guide (1) into the steering column shroud lower section.
- Secure the cable clips (3).
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
- Tilt steering column shroud lower section (1) downwards.
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
- Align the snap-in lugs (1) on the steering column shroud lower section (2) with the steering column.
- Push the steering column shroud lower section (1) up in the arrow direction until the snap-in lugs (2) engage.
The steering column shroud lower section (1) must engage audibly and perceptibly.
