Partially Remove The Front Seat

- Before performing any work on the airbag, always disconnect the battery ground lead from the battery.
- Airbag unit may only be set down with the cushion (airbag itself) facing upwards.

- Protect working area.
- Handle tools and components carefully.
- Move seat to upper back position.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Adjust the seat to the front top.
- Loosen screws (1).
Disconnecting all battery ground leads
- Place the front seat to the rear.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
