Charging electronics

The charging electronics allocates electrical energy for charging the high-voltage accumulator and for operation of the DC/DC converter. The allocation takes place during the immobilization period of the vehicle, as soon as a connection to the domestic mains supply is produced.

The charging electronics is used for converting the AC voltage from the domestic mains supply into the direct current voltage that is needed for charging the high-voltage system.
