REME: Range extender electrical machine electronics

The range extender for the electrical machine electronics (REME) respond to a command from the Crash Safety Module (ACSM) by discharging the capacitors and shorting the electric motor's windings. The high-voltage electrical system thus remains inactive even if terminal 15 is switched on again.
