Range extender electrical machine electronics (REME)

The range extender electrical machine electronics (REME) are power electronics. The range extender electrical machine electronics are positioned behind the range extender electrical machine.

The range extender electrical machine electronics (REME) control, regulate and coordinate the function of the electrical machine at the range extender. With the REME, charging into the high-voltage electrical system is ensured.

The component mainly consists of:

• Control unit range extender electrical machine electronics (REME)
• Inverter
