Initializing Glass Sunroof

	After an open circuit during the opening or closing action, the glass sunroof might be limited in its function.
	Preconditions Vehicle is level. All doors are closed. Engine running. The running engine avoids a very high battery load during initialization.
	Initialize glass sunroof Enclosed spaces Do not run the engine in enclosed spaces. Otherwise, the inhalation of the exhaust gases may lead to unconsciousness or death. Pinch hazard During initialization, the glass sunroof closes with no anti-trap mechanism. Observe glass sunroof during closing process and make sure the relative area is clear in order to prevent injuries of all kind.
	Operate and hold the switch up in the "Lift" direction until the entire initialization is complete: The slide/tilt sunroof moves into the "Lift" end position. The initialization starts within 20 seconds. The slide/tilt sunroof now moves to all end positions. The initialization is complete when all end positions have been moved to and the glass sunroof and the sliding head liner (if present) remain in the "Closed" position for more than ten seconds.
	Faulty initialization At an ambient temperature below +5°C/+41°F, faults can occur during initialization. In this case, repeat the initialization in a warmer surrounding area.
