Rear electronic module
The Rear Electronic Module (REM) is located in the vehicle luggage compartment on the right. The Rear
Electronic Module (REM) is the control unit which controls the functions in the rear section of the vehicle. Via data exchange with the Front Electronic Module (FEM), it controls the central locking system, the vehicle lights and the rear power window regulators.

To avoid confusion during connection, connector housings of the same color have different encoding. This prevents them being inserted in the wrong position inadvertently.
Fuses for the following consumers are installed in the fuse block:
- Heated rear window
- Power window regulators, driver's side, rear
- Power window regulators, rear passenger's side
- Roller sunblind
- Rear wiper
