32 00 620 Adjusting Rear Axle (M5)
NOTE:
A camber change always means a toe change as well. The camber must therefore be adjusted first.
IMPORTANT:
Only on vehicles with Active Cruise Control:
Because the driving axis is the reference for ACC ALIGNMENT , it is necessary after an alignment of the rear axle, which alters the driving axis, to check the alignment of the ACC sensor as well!

Adjusting camber:
IMPORTANT:
Always loosen the screw connection through the nut!
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in damage to the rear axle support!
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in damage to the rear axle support!
Replace nut (1) and apply 5 Nm.
Turn eccentric bolt (2) to adjust camber to setpoint value.
Tighten nut (1).
Tightening torque: 33 32 2AZ .
Adjusting toe:
IMPORTANT:
Always loosen the screw connection through the nut!

Replace nut (1) and apply 5 Nm.
Turn eccentric bolt (2) to adjust toe to setpoint value.
Tighten nut (1).
Tightening torque: 33 32 6AZ .
