Footwell module (FRM)

The footwell module (FRM) supplies the Car Access System (CAS) with the status information on the door switches for enabling the slide/tilt sunroof.

This status information is needed for the "convenient opening" and "convenient closing" functions.

The footwell module (FRM) also supplies the roof function center (FZD) with information on the status "Terminal 58g on". The roof function center (FZD) operates the LED in the sunroof switch.
