Park distance control

The parking aid Park Distance Control is integrated in the Rear Electronic Module (REM). The ultrasonic sensors from the front and rear end of the vehicle are read in the Rear Electronic Module (REM). The Rear Electronic Module (REM) requests the central information display to display and output the acoustic signal. If the vehicle is fitted with the optional equipment parking maneuvering assistant (PMA), the ultrasonic sensors are connected to the PMA control unit. The parking maneuvering assistant (PMA) is connected to K-CAN2.
