WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATION

OBSERVE TEST CONDITIONS!    
Front axle:    
Total toe-in   0° 10' ± 12'
Adjustment total toe-in (1)   0° 10' ± 4'
Toe difference (2) single wheel between left/right   max. 12'
Camber
(Difference between left/right maximum 30')
  - 1° 03' ± 30'
Adjustment camber (1)   - 1° 03' ± 25'
Toe difference angle (difference between left/right max. 30')   - 2° 42'
Castor angle   (difference between left/right max. 30')
Front wheel offset   0° ± 15'
Maximum steering angle    
  • Inner cornering wheel
approx. ° 40° 12'
  • Outer cornering wheel
approx. ° 32° 06'
Rear axle:    
Total toe-in   0° 18' ± 12'
Adjustment total toe-in (1)   0° 18' ± 4'
Camber (difference between left/right max. 30')   -1° 40' ± 25'
Adjustment camber (1)   -1° 40' ± 5'
Geometrical driving axis   0° ± 12'
NOTE:
(1) To minimize adjusting errors (measuring inaccuracies), use a narrower tolerance for adjusting toe/camber.
NOTE:
(2) Toe difference front axle = criterion for steering wheel inclination
