Functional description
The electric coolant pump of the low temperature EGR cooler is a single stage radial pump.
The coolant enters the coolant pump in an axial plane, while the discharge is radial relative to the road wheel's rotational axis. The auxiliary water pump is powered by a brushless electric motor. The engine control (DDE) activates the coolant pump.
