RTTI: Real Time Traffic Information
TMC: Traffic Message Channel
Whether TMC or RTTI traffic information is used is displayed in the map view in the lower status box.
RTTI is ready approx. 2 min after starting the headunit and is updated every 3 minutes.
The complete message report is available within a radius of 30 km and on motorways and main roads within a radius of 100 km.
The traffic flow is shown using different colored marks:
- Green = Flowing traffic (at recommended speed)
- Yellow = Dense traffic (less than 50 % of the recommended speed)
- Orange = Slow-moving traffic (less than 25 % of the recommended speed)
- Red = Traffic jam (less than 12.5 % of the recommended speed)
