Water Ingress Into E-Box

SITUATION

Water ingress into the E-Box may cause various driveability complaints, loss of power or the "Service Engine Soon" lamp to illuminate while driving.

CAUSE

Water ingress can occur via the ground connection X6 located adjacent to the E-Box.

PROCEDURE

If this condition is found, submit a PuMA Case to the Drivetrain Group indicating "Water Ingress into the E-Box" in subject field and wait for a response before moving forward with repairs.
