Camber Adjustment: Rear

CAUTION: If nut (1) is tightened down more than 4 times during adjustment, it must be replaced. Self-locking effect becomes too weak.
  1. Replace nut (1). See Fig 1 . Eccentric screw (2) must be located between stops (3).
  2. Tighten new nut (1) to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Slacken nut (1) approximately 3/4 turn.
  4. Turn eccentric screw and adjust camber to specification. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS  .
  5. Position eccentric screw between the stops (3). See Fig 1 . Tighten nut (1) to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  6. Adjust toe-in. See Rear  under TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT.
