System Operation Check

Turn ignition switch to ON position. If AIR BAG warning light does not come on, AIR BAG warning light bulb or circuit is faulty. If AIR BAG warning light comes on and then goes out after about 6 seconds, SRS is okay at this time. If AIR BAG warning light does not respond as specified, SRS is malfunctioning and must be repaired.
