SWITCHES LOCATION

| Automatic Transmission Range Switch | In center console, at shifter. |
| Brake Fluid Level Switch | In engine compartment, on top of master cylinder. See Figure . |
| Brakelight Switch | On bracket, above brake pedal. |
| Clutch Switch | On clutch pedal support bracket. |
| Convertible Top End-Position Microswitch | On left rear of roof, at linkage. |
| Engine Hood Switch | On left front of engine compartment, near headlight assembly. |
| Front Lid Micro Switch | On left front of engine compartment, near headlight assembly. |
| Gearshift Lever Position/Gear Step Transmission Switch | Below center console, on shifter. |
| Intermediate Pressure Switch | On right front side of engine compartment. |
| Jet Heater Thermoswitch | On right front wheelwell. |
| Kickdown Switch | Behind gas pedal. |
| Oil Pressure Switch (M Versions) | On left side of engine, near generator. |
| Oil Pressure Switch (Z3 Versions) | On left side of engine. |
| Park Brake Switch | At base of parking brake lever. |
| Pressure Switch | Right front side of engine compartment. |
| Radio Anti-Theft Switch | Behind center console. |
| Reversing Light Switch (2.2L & 2.5L) | On left side of transmission. |
| Reversing Light Switch (M Versions & 3.0L) | On right side of transmission. |
| Seat Belt Switches (2) | In respective front seat belt buckles. |
| Seat Limit Switch (Driver) | In driver's seat back. |
| Seat Limit Switch (Passenger) | In passenger's seat back. |
| Starter Immobilization Switch | On left rear side of engine compartment. |
| Temperature Switch | Right front side of engine compartment. See Figure . |
| Thermal Oil Level Switch | On lower left side of engine compartment. |
