Active Check Control

All models except M Coupe, M Roadster and Z3 have an active check control feature that informs the driver of warnings and malfunctioning systems. Check control indicator utilizes a graphic display screen or on-board computer. When ignition is turned on, FASTEN BELTS is displayed and goes out after about 6 seconds. Malfunctioning system reminders (if any) appear in display screen and a chime sounds. Service vehicle as soon as possible.
