Hydraulic Unit: Installation

  1. To install hydraulic unit, reverse removal procedure.
  2. Install pipe connections. Tighten to Specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Note installation position of diaphragm flow damper. The pin must engage in the bore. See Fig 1 .
  4. Bleed brakes. Check ABS using test unit.
