Shift Cable
- Move gearshift lever to the "P" position. Loosen cable attaching nut on shift lever at transmission. Push transmission shift lever forward to the "P" position and push cable rod rearward.
- Tighten shift cable rod nut to 88-106 INCH lbs. (10-12 N.m). Check proper operation of shifter in each gear selection, readjust if necessary. See Fig 1 .
