Starter Relay Chatters

Ensure battery is fully charged and electrical connections are clean and tight. With transmission in Park or Neutral, connect a jumper wire from battery to starter relay.
If starter does not work, replace starter relay. If starter works, check ignition switch and starter lock-out switch. If okay, check wiring to starter relay for open circuit or improper connections.
