Brake Pressure Indicator Switch Test
Ensure the following fuses are intact:
- 325 Series - No. 4, 5, 6 and 12
- 525i and 535i - No. 1, 15, 17, and 20
- 735i - No. 10 and 12
Switch closes when brake pressure is below 319 psi (22.4 kg/cm2 ). To check switch, remove switch and install pressure gauge to verify brake line pressure. If pressures are at or above specification, install new switch. Switch is located below coolant reservoir on shock tower.
