Brake Lining Wear Warning Indicator Test

Ensure the following fuses Are intact and that voltage at sensor is within one volt of battery voltage:

• 325 Series - No. 4, 5, 6 and 12
• 525i and 535i - No. 1, 15, 17, and 20
• 735i - No. 10 and 12

Wear indicator will illuminate when wear sensor circuit opens. Circuit will open as disc rotor wears through sensor wire in brake pad. Sensors are an integral part of brake pads.
