Brake Fluid Level Switch Test

Ensure the following fuses are intact:

• 325 Series - No. 10 and 12
• 525i and 535i - No. 1, 15, 17, and 20
• 735i - No. 10 and 12

Use an ohmmeter to check switch. Switch closes when float is down (low fluid) and opens when float is up (full level). Switch is located to left of engine, on brake reservoir.
