Steering Column: Installation
To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure wheels are in straight-ahead position. Ignition switch must be in "O" position when installed.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Prior to tightening clamp bolt, ensure that distance from centerline of clamp bolt to end of upper outer tube is between 2.05-2.16" (52-55 mm).
- Ensure that wheels are in a straight-ahead position. Aligning upper and lower steering shaft marks, tighten adjusting nut.
