CAUTION: Inspect camshaft sprocket for stamped code. If code (w + p 2 86) is stamped on camshaft sprocket, sprocket MUST BE REPLACED  . Failure to replace sprocket can result in breakage and severe engine damage at low mileage. Replace sprocket with NEW  Camshaft Sprocket (Part Number 11 31 1 284 273).
