Transmission Mount, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In The Reverse Order Of Removal While Noting The Following:

-- Install The Transmission Mount On The Longitudinal Member.

• Before Installing The Bolts, The Transmission Support And The Transmission Mount Support Arm Must Be Absolutely Parallel To Each Other. If Necessary, Raise Rear Of Transmission With A Floor Jack.

-- Lift The Transmission By The Engine Support Bridge Spindle Until Transmission Support Touches Transmission Mount Support Arm.

-- Insert The Bolts By Hand; While Doing So, Make Sure That They Are Not Inserted At An Angle.

-- Check The Assembly Mount Adjustment. Refer To ASSEMBLY MOUNT, CHECKING ADJUSTMENT (DSNA) , or ASSEMBLY MOUNT, CHECKING ADJUSTMENT (DSPA) .

-- Remove The :10-222A  From The Engine.

-- Install The Battery Tray. Refer To BATTERY TRAY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
