The following dimensions represent the distances at the marked points. This must also be oriented to the layout of the original adhesive bead on the removed component.

1. Windshield
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to WINDSHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SECURITY .
   • Distance to A-pillars: dimension -d- = greater than 3 mm; center if necessary
     • Dimension and position of the windshield to the clamping strip varies along the A-pillar
2. Adhesive Bead
   • Observe the minimum curing time. Refer to Installing .
   • Different distances to window edge:
     • Dimension -a- = 7.7 mm
     • Dimension -b- = 6.8 mm
     • Dimension -c- = 8.9 mm
     • Dimension -e- = 1 mm
   • Adhesive bead thickness. Refer to Adhesive application: .
3. Windshield Frame
4. Plenum Chamber Cover Frame
   • No replacement part
   • With a new window glass remove the protective piping. Refer to Figure.
5. Cover Profile
   • Replace if reusing an undamaged windshield
   • Cover Profile, Mounting on Undamaged Windshield. Refer to Installing 
6. Drip Rail
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Installing 
7. Clamping Strip
   • For the drip rail
