Calibration Conditions

Vehicle Conditions
Conditions
- Vehicle Diagnostic Tester connected.
- Battery charger for the battery support mode connected. Refer to BATTERY, CHARGING , battery charger is not in the vehicle's camera's field of vision.
- DTC memory is without relevant entry.
- With air suspension vehicles, the standard vehicle height is set and locked. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC ENTRIES .
- Front wheels in straight position. For vehicles with rear axle steering, bring the rear axle to the zero position.
- Electromechanical parking brake applied.
- All doors, hood and the rear lid must be closed.
- There is no one in the vehicle.
- Camera and sensor lenses are clean.
- Driving lamp switched off.
Conditions for the Calibration Environment
Conditions
- The calibration environment must have even lighting conditions. Avoid strong differences in lighting by headlamps or direct illumination.
Reflections affect image recognition by the camera and may make it impossible to perform the calibration.
