Abs Control Module J104/Abs Hydraulic Unit N55, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

Conditions

• Only remove the plugs if the corresponding brake line is being installed.

-- Connect the brake lines according to the label.

-- Remove the Brake Pedal Actuator:V.A.G 1869/2  .

-- Bleed the hydraulic system. Refer to Hydraulic System, Bleeding .

If the brake lines were removed from the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- :

-- Perform the "Hydraulic Valve Interchange Test, Output Diagnostic Test Mode" function with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entry .
