Vehicle Electrical System Control Module J519, Removing And Installing: Removing

If the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module - J519- is replaced, the test plan for replacing the control module must be performed.

-- Perform the "control module, replacing" function using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

-- Remove the A-pillar lower trim panel. Refer to A-PILLAR LOWER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the antenna wires -1-.

-- Disconnect the connectors -3-, -5- and -6-.

-- Free up the wiring harness -7-.

-- Release the retainers -arrows-.

-- Remove the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519- -2- downward from the mount -4-.
