Fuel system
Risk of destroying the fuel pump
After procedures on the fuel system it is possible to damage the fuel pump by running it dry.
-- Never let the fuel pump run dry.
-- Fill or bleed the fuel pump.
Exhaust System
There is a risk of damaging the coupling
Improper handling can cause the coupling to become damaged or to leak.
-- Coupling must not be bent more than 10°.
-- Do not load the coupling on the cable.
Ignition System
Risk of damaging components
Washing the engine as well as connecting and disconnecting wires when the engine is running can damage components.
-- Switch off the ignition before connecting and disconnecting wires.
-- Switch off the ignition before washing the engine.
Suspension, Wheels, Steering
Risk of damaging components
If the assembly mounts, steering gear or the subframe crossbrace are mounted incorrectly, lowering down the vehicle onto its own wheels can damage the components.
-- Never place the vehicle on the wheels when suspensions components are loosened.
-- Never support the vehicle on the subframe or subframe crossbrace when suspension components are loosened.
