Vehicle Diagnostic Tester, Connecting
CAUTION:
Risk of injury due to unintended engine start on high-voltage vehicles!
- Pay attention to the high-voltage system warning messages:
- For procedures where the ignition must be switched off.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
- Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
- Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI): VAS6154
- Or: Diagnosis Interface: VAS 5055
Procedure:
-- Attach the connector from the Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI): VAS6154 to the diagnostic connection in the vehicle.
-- Turn on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
-- Switch the ignition on.
-- Follow the screen menu to start the desired function.
