Control Module/Digital Sound System Amplifier, Removing And Installing, Sedan: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment. Set the ignition key outside of the vehicle.

-- Loosen the back of the right luggage compartment side trim panel until the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- is accessible. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and disconnect the connector -3- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -2-.

-- Release the retainers in the direction of -arrows- from the bracket -1-.

-- Remove the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -2- out of the bracket -1-.

Removal of the bracket for the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525-

-- If installed, then remove the Parking Heater Radio Receiver -R64- -2-. Refer to ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS FOR CONTROL AND REGULATION .

-- If installed, then remove the Peripheral Camera Control Module -J928- -3-. Refer to PERIPHERAL CAMERA CONTROL MODULE -J928-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the retainers -arrows- from the bracket -1-.

-- Remove the bracket -1- from the body and the pin.
