Information Electronics Control Module 1 J794, Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front passenger side footwell vent. Refer to FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the glove compartment. Refer to GLOVE COMPARTMENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the brace. Refer to OVERVIEW - INSTRUMENT PANEL CROSSMEMBER .

-- Remove the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-. Refer to INFORMATION ELECTRONICS CONTROL MODULE 1 J794 .

-- Remove the Heating and Air Conditioning Control Module -J979-. Refer to HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL MODULE J979, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface -J533-. Refer to DATA BUS ON BOARD DIAGNOSTIC INTERFACE J533, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Detach the fan for the Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- and place it to the side with the wires still attached. Refer to CONTROL MODULE COOLING FAN V274, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Pull out the bracket -1- in -direction of the arrow- and remove.
