Impact Member, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install the impact member -A- in stages.
-- 1. Install the front grommet -4- on the door opening. The marking -arrow C- faced downward.
-- 2. Push in the impact member from the front rearward.
-- 3. Tighten the bolt -1- all the way by hand.
-- 4. Install the bolts -2- all the way by hand.
-- 5. Tighten the bolts in the sequence from rear to front to the tightening specification.
-- 6. Install the cover -3- on the impact member. The marking -arrow B- must point downward.
Further installation is performed in reverse order of the removal.
