1. Clip
   • For Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
2. Coolant Hose
   • Lift the clamp to remove
   • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
3. O-rings
   • Replace after removing.
   • Coat with coolant
4. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP/COOLANT THERMOSTAT .
5. Radiator
   • If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
   • Removing and installing. Refer to RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Change the coolant after replacing
6. O-ring
   • Replace after removing.
   • Coat with coolant
7. Coolant Hose
   • Lift the clamp to remove
   • Connecting. Refer to Fig 2.
8. Coolant Hose

Connect the Coolant Hose to the Connector Coupling

• Replacing the damaged clip -4-.

-- Remove the old O-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Coat the new O-ring with coolant and insert it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose on to the coolant pipe -1- until it engages audibly.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connector coupling is engaged correctly.

1. Radiator Shutter
   • There are different versions.
2. Fan Shroud
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Bolt
   • 5 Nm
4. Radiator Fan -V7-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to Radiator Fan -V7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
