Power Adjustable Steering Column Control Module -J866-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

If replacing the control module, select "replace" in "Guided Functions" on the appropriate control module.

Use the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Follow the prompts on the screen.

-- Remove the steering column. Refer to STEERING COLUMN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -2-.

-- Slightly lift the Power Adjustable Steering Column Control Module -J866- -3- and remove it from the steering column in the direction of the -arrow-.
