Pry Lever: 80-200
Engine Support - Supplement Kit - Adapter: T40093/6 from the Engine Support - Supplement Kit: T40093A
Engine Support Plate: T40299

Procedure

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the left and right sealing piece -1- using the : 80-200 .

-- Remove the bolt -2- and nut -3- and move the right coolant pipe to the side.

-- Free up the wiring harness.

-- Remove the connectors -1 and 2- from the bracket.

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and the bracket.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Tighten the : T40299 with the M5x25 bolts -arrows- and the M6x20 bolt -1- to 9 Nm.

-- Position the : 10-222A on fender bolting edges.

-- Engage the carabiner hook from the right front : 10-222A/10 to the engine lifting eye -arrow 2-.

-- Engage the carabiner hook from the left rear : 10-222A/11 to the engine lifting eye -arrow 3-.

-- Engage the carabiner hooks at the left front : 10-222A/11 on the : T40299 -arrow 1-.

-- Pretension the engine/transmission assembly with all the spindles evenly, but do not lift it.

Assembling

Assemble in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Tightening Specifications
