-- Remove the backrest seat cover and cushion. Refer to BACKREST COVER AND CUSHION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, STANDARD SEAT .

-- Manual adjustable headrest: press the tabs -arrow- down while pulling the headrest guide -1- out of the backrest frame -2-.

-- Power adjustable headrest: press the tabs -arrows- down while pulling the headrest guide -1- out of the backrest frame.

-- Remove the headrest. Refer to HEADREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the pressure distribution plate. Refer to PRESSURE DISTRIBUTION PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Press the tabs -arrows- down while pulling the headrest guide -1- out of the backrest frame.
