Multi-Function Buttons

Removing 

-- Remove driver's airbag. Refer to Passenger Protection, Airbags, Seat Belts .

-- Disconnect harness connector -1- at button -2-.

-- Slide button -2- out of steering wheel in -direction of arrow-.

-- Turn the button around.

-- Disconnect the connector -2- to tiptronic switch from multifunction button -1- and remove button.

Installing 

-- Install in reverse order.

Removal and installation of left multi-function button is identical.
