Accelerator Pedal Module, Version 1: Installing

• Assembly overview, refer to Accelerator Pedal Module Version 1 Assembly Overview .
• Tightening specifications, refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Install driver's side lower instrument panel cover. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER .

Vehicles with automatic transmission: 

• Perform after the first kick-down adaptation in "Guided Functions". Refer to → Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.
