PINPOINT TEST AI : No Power To The DLC: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The diagnostic scan tool is connected to the DLC to communicate with the HS-CAN, MS-CAN and the I-CAN communication networks. A loss of ground or poor ground at the DLC may result in HS-CAN, MS-CAN or I-CAN faults while the diagnostic scan tool is connected.

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 24 (15A) is OK.
