Component Location Overview - Central Locking Components

- Connector Station
- Component location: right A-pillar.
- Loosen the boot on the pillar to disconnect the connector. Refer to DOOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Front Passenger Door Control Module -J387-
- It is attached to the door subframe.
- Connector Station
- Component location: right B-pillar
- To disconnect harness connector, release bellows at pillar
- Front Passenger Central Locking Lock Unit -F221-
- Electrical central locking system is integrated in door lock.
- Removing. Refer to DOOR LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Right Rear Door Control Module -J389-
- It is attached to the door subframe.
- Right Rear Central Locking Lock Unit -F223-
- Electrical central locking system is integrated in door lock.
- Removing. Refer to DOOR LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Fuel Filler Door Unlock Motor -V155-
- Installed location: on the fuel filler door unit adjusting element.
- Removing. Refer to ADJUSTING ELEMENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Rear Lid Connector Station
- Installed location: behind the left luggage compartment trim panel
- Removing and installing. Refer to Luggage Compartment Trim Panels
- Rear Lid Lock Unit -F256-
- Component location: bolted to the rear lid
- Removing and installing. Refer to REAR LID LATCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Release Button In Rear Lid Handle -E234-
- Component location: bolted to the rear lid
- Removing. Refer to RELEASE BUTTON, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Rear Lid Connector Station
- Installed location: behind right luggage compartment trim panel.
- Removing and installing. Refer to Luggage Compartment Trim Panels
- Left Rear Central Locking Lock Unit -F222-
- Electrical central locking system is integrated in door lock.
- Removing. Refer to DOOR LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Left Rear Door Control Module -J388-
- It is attached to the door subframe.
- Connector Station
- Component location: left B-pillar
- To disconnect harness connector, release bellows at pillar
- Driver Central Locking Lock Unit -F220-
- Electrical central locking system is integrated in door lock.
- Removing. Refer to DOOR LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Driver Door Control Module -J386-
- It is attached to the door subframe.
- Connector Station
- Component location: left A-pillar
- Loosen the boot on the pillar to disconnect the connector. Refer to DOOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Comfort System Central Control Module -J393-
- Installed location: under the instrument panel on the front passenger side
- Removing. Refer to COMFORT SYSTEM CENTRAL CONTROL MODULE -J393-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Engine Hood Contact Switch -F266-
- Contact switch, removing and installing. Refer to Engine Compartment Lamps and Switches .
- Component location: on the latch
- Hood latch, removing and installing. Refer to HOOD LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
