Pinpoint Test W : The Audio DSP (Audio Digital Signal Processing Module) Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The Audio DSP communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN3. Diagnostic messages are sent/received between the DLC and the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2 circuits at the DLC, and are translated through the GWM to the HS-CAN3.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuses 5 (20A) and 28 (20A) are OK.
