Pinpoint Test R : The Rear Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning (RHVAC) Module Does Not Respond To The Diagnostic Scan Tool: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The RHVAC module communicates on the MS-CAN, and communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2. Diagnostic messages are sent/received through the HS-CAN2 circuits at the DLC, and translated through the GWM to the MS-CAN.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 32 (10A) is OK.
