Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The OCSM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN2.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 14 (30A) and fuse 19 (7.5A) are OK.
