Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The TCM communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN1.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BJB fuses 14 (15A) and 83 (15A) are OK.
