1. Retaining washer
   • Not needed with the plastic relay lever
2. Cable retainer
   • For selector cable to relay lever
   • Allocation, refer to Fig 2
   • Beginning approximately 03.2007, the relay lever mount was changed to plastic, refer to PLASTIC RELAY LEVER 
   • Removing from plastic relay lever, refer to PLASTIC RELAY LEVER 
   • Pressing onto plastic relay lever, refer to PLASTIC RELAY LEVER 
   • Release to adjust selector mechanism SHIFT MECHANISM, ADJUSTING

4. Cable retainer
   • For shift cable to shift lever
   • Allocation, refer to Fig 2
   • Release to adjust selector mechanism SHIFT MECHANISM, ADJUSTING 
5. Shift cable
   • Removing and installing, refer to SHIFT CABLE AND SELECTOR CABLE 
   • Adjusting, refer to SHIFT MECHANISM, ADJUSTING 
   • Beginning with MY 2008, the mounting on the shift lever inside the shift mechanism was changed
6. Lock washers
   • Discontinued from MY 2008
7. Circlips
8. Selector cable
   • Removing and installing, refer to SHIFT CABLE AND SELECTOR CABLE 
   • Adjusting, refer to SHIFT MECHANISM, ADJUSTING 
   • Beginning with MY 2008, the mounting on the shift bracket inside the shift mechanism was changed
9. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
10. Grommet
11. Bushing
12. Cable mounting bracket
    • Can be made of plastic or metal

The holes in the cable retainers have various diameters.
